TETRAETHYL
lead A lead based chemical that is used in racing gasoline as an anti-detonate.

TOLUENE
An aromatic chemical that is used in formulating racing gasoline.

TPS
Throttle position sensor; used in electronic fuel injection systems.
|
TURBINE HOUSING
The exhaust housing for a turbocharger.
|
TURBINE WHEEL
A bladed wheel contained in a turbine housing which turns when exhaust is forced past it. In turn, it drives a shaft and, at its other end, a compressor impeller.

TURBOCHARGER
An exhaust-gas-driven supercharger.
