This page features the growing list of DucCutters products for the Apple® iPhone/iPad/iPod. All the products are free for the express purpose of promoting DucCutters. For support on all DucCutters products contact Bill Johnson at azbill@duccutters.com.


iPhoneDucCutters Apple® Background
Download the appropriate background file from the list below. You may want to left-click on the link and choose "Save images to the Desktop...".
  • Click Here for the original iPhone, G3 iPhone, G3S iPhone and 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation of the iPod Touch (320 x 480pxl @ 163 ppi)
  • Click Here for the G4 iPhone and 4th generation of the iPod Touch with Retina displays (640 x 960pxl @ 326 ppi)
  • Click Here for the iPad (768 x 1024pxl @ 132 ppi)
Then follow these instructions: (mileage may vary)
  1. eMail or copy the file to your iPhone/iPad/iPod.
  2. Click the "Photos" icon. Some icons may be hard to determine from the pictures on them, but are clearly marked underneath.
  3. Select the picture you would like to set as your iPhone/iPad/iPod wallpaper.
  4. Tap on the button that looks like an arrow inside a rectangle (a checkbox) and choose "Use as Wallpaper."
  5. Size the wallpaper photo by manipulating it back and forth within the touch screen until you have your desired shape and size.
  6. Touch "Set as Wallpaper" to create your wallpaper.
  7. Choose wallpaper from a selection of pictures already installed in iPhone/iPad/iPod if you do not want to use your own. Go to "Settings" and pick "Wallpaper from Home Screen" to select an image.
NOTE: The background files should be compatible with most Android®, BlackBerry® and Palm® smart phones/devices as well.

The New "D:Products" App Availabe On iTunes

D:Projects

D:Products is an iPhone app designed to keep you informed of new projects being added to the DucCutters "Projects"section. And best of all, it's FREE to help you streamline your DucCutters/Ducati experience.

"DucCutters.com is dedicated to customized Ducati motorcycles and other selected Italian custom motorcycles. This online community is open to anyone who is serious about customizing their Ducati, sharing information on customizing motorcycles. We're continuously adding to our growing list of project bikes. This app will keep you informed of the new projects as there added to the sites project section."

The D:Products app receives the updated information via our RSS feeds, so you don't have to search for the newsest information.

NOTE: The "D:Products" app will be not iPad compatible till the Apple "iOS 4.2" update comes out in late November 2010. Seams that was not true. "D:Products" is only compatible with iPhone's running iOS 4.0 or higher.


DucCutters "Add To Home Screen" Icon
DucCutters now displays a custom DucCutters button when uses choose the "Add To Home Screen" feature when visiting the DucCutters website on the Apple iPhone using Safari.


DucCutters Screen Saver Mac OSx
Follow the simple directions below to set up a DucCutters Screen Saver on your Mac OSx computer.

1) Open up your Mac's "System Preferences...", under the top left apple menu.
2) Click on the "Desktop & Screen Saver" in the Personal sub section.
3) Choose "Screen Saver" from the top section buttons.
4) Click on the "+" button at the botton of the available screen savers list.
5) Select "Add RSS Feed...: from the pop-up list.
6) Enter "feed://www.DucCutters/RSS/DucCutters2.xml" into the feed URL field.
7) In the "Display Style" choose the center systle, Collage.
8) Click on the "Options.." button. Now check on "Present slides in random order" and "Show name". Then set the Collage style to "Annotated".
